Payment Method
I know, there is no online shopping cart.
Most online storefronts are designed for an inventory of multiples of the same item, making it a huge pain to set up sales for one-of-a-kind pieces. And since most artisans selling original work on the web make only a couple of sales per month, I’d rather direct my energy to making stuff, or planning/running markets where I can sell my work in person.
If you see something you like, please contact me. Tell me what item(s) you want, and your preferred method of shipping, and I will calculate the total, and send you an invoice, and we’ll converse back and forth like actual human beings.
I accept e-transfers or Paypal.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order payment. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges, if they are applied, are your responsibility as the customer.
Packaging
To keep shipping costs low and cut down on waste in general, items will be shipped with the least amount of packaging necessary to ensure your items arrive safely. For items such as rubber necklaces, this will mean the item will be inside a mesh bag placed inside a plastic or recyclable mailer with no extra packaging, padding, or additional “gift” items.
Local pickup/delivery
I do not offer local delivery, however pick-up can be arranged from the Queen & Dufferin area of downtown Toronto.
Retail Shopping
To purchase items in person, please visit me at Toronto Dark Arts Market. I am there every month, as I am also the market organizer. If there is a specific item you are interested in, please contact me ahead of time so I can be sure to bring it with me and set it aside for you.
